Every month we look for new books. It is fun and exciting to see what we will find. We are always looking for different books every week we visit the library or go to the store.
Picture books are fun for all ages. Just because you leave preschool or kindergarten does not mean you can’t read picture books. We all love finding new books. I challenge my girls to find a new book title or author every week we visit the library. It is nice to have a short fun book to read every now and then.
All the books have links to Amazon where you can see more information plus a preview of most of the books. Plus any purchases help 3 Dinosaurs keep going!
Trees is a great book about what trees do. It talks about what they can do for us and others. It covers the four seasons and more. I love the pictures of the trees in the book. They are all so pretty!
Animal Colors and More is another book in a series. We loved the Almost An Animal Alphabet and 1 to 20, Animals Aplenty. If you have a child that loves animals these book sare for you! I love that we have so many fun animals in different colors and you get to see how they look. Plus the author has tons of fun with the series as well. I also love how creative she was with the color purple!
Have You Seen My Trumpet? is a fun book of questions with the answer in the questions and on the page. I love this book how you can see the word within the word. It is loads of fun to read the questions and look at the pictures as well.
Super Slug of Doom: A Super Happy Magic Forest Story is super funny to read. You see a magical word and a slug of doom comes and causes trouble for the Super Happy Magic Forest. Whobert Whover, Owl Detective is a fun book about an owl who wants to know what happend to Perry the possum. I love how the owl asks everyone and you get to see what the possum does during the book. We had fun reading the book.
The Scariest Book Ever is about a ghost who is scared to out. Because there might be something scary out there. So he does everything but go out. I love the creative words used and how fun the pictures are of the ghost. It is a great book about fears and how they are real and it is okay to be scared but it is also okay to try new things.
Keith Haring: The Boy Who Just Kept Drawing is story about a famous artist told by his sister. You can see his story of how he became who he was and some of his best works are also featured in this book. I love to hear how people became who they are.
