How to use the Primer Sight Word Playdough Mats

There is never just one way to use a printable and I love playdough mats. So I’m going to show you a few ways to use these primer sight word playdough mats.

You can keep the sight word play dough mat in a sheet protector or laminate. You give them playdough and a dry eraser marker for tracing and writing. It is a super simple setup!

You can store your sight word pages in sheet protectors so I can switch them out easily. Or you can give them a set of playdough mats for kids to work through.

Make the Primer Sight Word with Playdough

You can use the playdough mats any way you want. But if you have kids who are not up for tracing and writing, then just do the sight word with playdough.

Using Colored Cardstock for the Sight Word Playdough Mats

You can use something other than white cardstock for the playdough mats. You can use color cardstock and change the color up for the season.
